We're Hiring: MBF Campus Field Rep
Manny’s Band on Campus
THE ROLE
You would be the first College Field Representative for Manny’s Band on Campus — the foundation’s initiative to bring real mental health change to college campuses across the country. Your job is to build relationships with fraternities, sororities, and campus organization at 20+ universities and support them in planning and executing philanthropy events that actually move the needle.
In plain terms: you’ll help support events like Turn It Up on campuses all over the country. You fly to a different campus most weeks. You raise money for suicide prevention. And you carry Manny’s message into the houses where it matters most.
WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO
- Build and work your existing network to identify philanthropy chairs, presidents, and social chairs at target schools
- Help chapters plan and execute fundraising events — concerts, DJ battles, philanthropies, themed parties
- Travel to campuses to attend events and be the face of the foundation
- Coach chapter leadership and what it takes to earn a Manny’s Band Foundation Gold Record
- Represent the foundation at the annual Manny’s Band Concert in November, where certified chapters receive their awards on stage
- Keep a living database of contacts, relationships, and pipeline across all target schools
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You are someone for whom this job description sounds less like a job posting and more like someone described your college career and put a paycheck on it.
- Recent grad with significant Greek life or campus leadership experience
- You were the social chair, the philanthropy chair, or the person they called when something needed to actually get done
- You know most people in every room you walk into — you have friends at a lot universities — and you genuinely enjoy that.
- You are a natural connector and relationship builder — not because it’s your job, but because it’s who you are
- You love music, you love a cause, and you want your first real job to matter
- You are comfortable with significant travel — this is a road job — and you think that would be fun and exciting
- You are responsible, levelheaded, and trustworthy enough to represent the foundation in environments that are… let’s call them energetic
WHAT THIS IS NOT
This is not a desk job. This is not a corporate training program. This is not a role for someone who wants a bunch of training before they do something. This is a role for someone who is ready to dive in — who has the network, the energy, and the mission alignment to build something real in year one.
COMPENSATION
Competitive base salary plus performance incentives tied to fundraising results.
Details discussed in the interview process.
