Welcome to mannyband.org (the “Site”), operated by Manny’s Band Foundation, Inc. (“Manny’s Band,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
1. Purpose of the Site
Manny’s Band is a nonprofit organization dedicated to suicide prevention education and advocacy. The information, resources, and materials on this Site are provided for general educational and informational purposes only.
2. No Clinical Services / Crisis Disclaimer
We are not a health care provider. Manny’s Band does not provide medical, psychological, or counseling services. Nothing on this Site, or provided at our events or programs, should be taken as professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, counseling or therapy.
If you or someone you know is in crisis:

3. Volunteers and Community “Jam Sessions”
Manny’s Band may from time-to-time host or support community gatherings, concerts, workshops, or talks led by volunteers or facilitators, including but not limited to “Manny’s Band Practice.” These individuals are not licensed mental health professionals and are not providing therapy, counseling, or clinical advice. Their role is to foster conversation, share educational resources, and help connect participants with appropriate crisis or professional services. Participation in such sessions is voluntary and at your own discretion.
4. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights or restrict the use of this Site by others.
5. Donations, Events, and Third-Party Services
When you make a donation or register for an event through third-party platforms (such as Givebutter, Eventbrite, FreshTix, HubSpot, Square), you may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies in addition to ours. Manny’s Band is not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Manny’s Band or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
7. Links to Other Sites
This Site may contain links to third-party websites for convenience and reference. Manny’s Band does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites.
